Do I need to move the furniture for my carpet to be cleaned?
Our technicians are able to move small furniture items. Larger items can be moved if they have wheels or can be moved on sliders. We will not move electrical equipment such as televisions or computers.
Do I need to keep off the carpet after it is cleaned?
It is recommended that people and pets should be kept off cleaned carpet and upholstery for 2 – 6 hours or until the carpet is dry.
Do I need to vacate the premises when having a pest control treatment?
Yes, it is recommended that you stay away 1 – 3 hours after treatment.
What do I need to do prior to treatment?
Put away or cover food items and cooking utensils, place pillows under the covers, remove clothing from lines, turn heat pump off, shut windows, put away pet food bowl and water bowls, cover aquariums.
What areas will you treat?
We can treat any area of the home where infestation is present. However, our Common Household Pest Treatment applies to
